Will my garment fit?
Each product comes with a size guide.  This is usually the relevant size chest in relation to S,M,L.XL..etc. Please check all sizes carefully as King Thread do not accept liability for goods that do not fit. If you require any advice please call us on 020 8332 7999

Can you embroider any logo or special font type?
Please email you artwork to sales@kingthread.co.uk
Wherever possible the best file types to use are: eps, pdf or a high quality jpeg
We will get back to you by the next working day with a proof, price and delivery time (usually 4 to 5 days from order confirmation)

How large will the embroidery be?
If you are ordering just initials or a name the embroidery will normally measure up to 10cm (4") across with a proportioned height. If you have sent us a logo, you will receive a proof prior to production.

How long will delivery take?
Most of our products are delivered within 5-7 working days from order confirmation, should you require your goods sooner please contact our Sales Team on 020 8332 7999 or email us using the contact form on this site. We will inform you of earliest possible delivery date. If you need your goods by a specific date please contact our office.

Please note that for Saturday delivery orders must be placed before 5pm on Tuesday.

How much is delivery?
We have a minimum delivery charge of £4.50 once you have entered your delivery address and country in the checkout section your total invoice amount will be calculated including delivery and VAT 20%.

How will I receive my goods?
We will send you an email on the day of dispatch, your goods will be sent on a UK 24 hour service (excludes weekends and Bank holidays) and should arrive between 9am and 5pm the next working day, please ensure that you are available to take the delivery and sign for the goods. If you are not in the courier will leave you a card with their contact details so you can arrange a suitable delivery date. For EEU Countries delivery time is 3/4 days

Can I collect my order?
You are more than welcome to visit our Retail shop in Ewell Village, Surrey and Retail Outlet and Offices in Richmond, Monday to Saturday 10am till 4pm (Excluding Bank Holidays) we have plenty of free parking available. We also have a Warehouse and Distribution Centre in Byfleet, Surrey where you can come and collect your order, subject to prior arrangement Tel: 020 8332 7999

Do you delivery to other Countries not listed?
Please place your order by phone, fax or email (do not order via the website) and we will reply to you with delivery cost and time to your desired country.
